2) Agreement

There is a valid agreement between you and Hoorens nv (Timboo) when Hoorens nv receives the confirmation of your order on the website.

The person or institution placing the order is considered to be the principal and guarantees the payment of the order, even when it must be drawn up and sent to a third party.

3) Payment

Your data remains invisible to us. Hoorens nv limits itself to registration of the data that are necessary for the processing of the order and the communication with you as a buyer.

4) Prices

All indicated prices in Euro are VAT included.

Hoorens nv reserves the right to change prices and correct any typing errors.

5) Confirmation

All orders are confirmed by email.

6) Delivery

The place of delivery is the one you indicated on your order.

The delivery time is 1 to 5 days.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless purchase of the amount stated in the delivery conditions.

In accordance with the law on commercial practices, loss / damage is borne by the seller. You must notify us within an acceptable period (14 days) after the date of receipt. Hoorens nv reserves the right to refuse your request if it does not reach us within this period.

8) Return order

The Belgian law on commercial practices and consumer information and protection of April 6, 2010, allows the buyer to inform the seller within 14 working days after receipt of the product that he / she is canceling the purchase. The goods must be in original packaging within an acceptable period after this notification (3 working days).

If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, you can do this within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your order as soon as we have received the returned item. 

If the product you receive was not the product you ordered or if it arrives damaged, please return it within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your order and reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the item you have returned.

Hoorens nv can refuse or not refund returned items if the products are damaged by the customer or if the original packaging is damaged.

9) Legislation + jurisdiction

The relationships between the customer and Hoorens nv are governed only by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Courts in Aalst.

10) Database

The texts, the database with provided data, the page design and the photos and illustrations are the object of intellectual property rights under Hoorens nv. Any distribution, reproduction, sale or other exploitation of these works, regardless of their manner or form, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Hoorens nv.

Storing information from the website or related services in a database is expressly prohibited.

11) Privacy Policy

The customer expressly agrees to provide correct and complete information about himself as requested on the registration form. Hoorens nv respects and protects your privacy.
